You make a booking and our Gamer Entertainer manager will drive the Gamer Entertainer truck to your location. They run the party for you and drive it away at the end – no hassle – no mess.

As long as you like, but we do have a minimum of 90 minutes.

The Gamer Entertainer truck will generally fit on a standard driveway or 2/3 car spaces outside your property.

Up to 10 children can play simultaneously.

There are no time limits, but best to book as early as possible to get the date and time slot that you prefer. That’s not to say we don’t take last minute bookings, just call us for availability.

An adult doesn’t have to be present in the Gamer Entertainer van as our Gamer Entertainer Manager will be on hand to assist the party goers, however we do ask that an adult is present at the venue/property throughout the course of the party.

Yes, we run an extension lead into your property and everything within our truck is LED & LCD which has a very low power consumption, consuming less than a vacuum cleaner when everything is turned on. (It costs around £1.50 on your electricy meter for a 90 minute party.)

The Gamer Entertainer Truck is fully water-proof, so we are not effected by the weather. The truck has heaters for when it is cold and air conditioning for hot days.

No, that is all handled by our Gamer Entertainer Manager. We will confirm details with you prior to the event and ensure all the titles are correct and available.

No, most parents/events personnel arrange for food prior or after the event. We will work with you to make sure the timings work out.

No, whilst the party is being held the Gamer Entertainer is completely stationary and parked up. Once in play it is a high-tech video gaming room, which makes a big impression on everyone that takes part.

Because we are a local family run business that guarantees to leave your guests wanting more. From your enquiry up until the end of your party you will only deal with Mick (Father) Jake (son). We will not only organise your party, we will also host your party from beginning to end.

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy

We do not have a list of games on the website but we are happy to supply you with a list of games. Should you want to know if we have a certain game, or make a specific request, then please contact us.

All bookings require a £50 initial deposit to be paid via bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid on the day, before the start of the party. Either by cash or card. If you would like to pay the whole amount in one go that’s absolutely fine as well. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid and the funds have been cleared.

Damages In the event of any damages to our equipment or vehicle that has happened due to vandalism or ill treatment, we reserve the right to charge to the party organiser the full amount to repair and/or replace the equipment. Any damages that occur must be reported to the Gamer Entertainer manager when it happens. Photography During the event we make take some photos and videos for marketing, advertising or for the website. If you do not want us to take photos, please inform us. The Gamer Entertainer manager will ask beforehand. Safety of participants We have zero tolerance to any bad or threatening behaviour and bad language to our team or other party goers. We have the right to remove anybody who is found to be unmanageable behaviour or a danger to the safety or enjoyment of others. We also reserve the right to end the session immediately if required. If this happens, no refund will be given or the right to rebook another party. Booking confirmation All bookings require a £50 initial deposit to be paid over the phone by debit/credit card. All balances must be paid in full prior to or on the event day Unforeseen circumstances Gamer Entertainer reserve the right to cancel, alter, or delay any booking where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control such as illness, severe weather or any other circumstances which subject Gamer Entertainer or any of its employees or any of its participants to danger, however a full refund will be offered or an alternative date will be arranged. Liability Although we will try to arrive half hour before the time book we cannot be held responsible for any events out of our control such as traffic or other uncontrollable circumstances preventing us from being able to fulfil our obligations. In the event of late arrival we will continue the session until the correct amount of time has been reached. In the unlikely event of a major technical failure on board, a full refund will be offered or an alternative date arranged. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any damage to driveways or grounds that is considered to be caused by our vehicle, crew or party goers. It is the party organisers responsibility to take advice from a qualified person, whether the grounds are suitable to support our vehicle.
